At ShoeEase Deals PK, we want to ensure a transparent and happy shopping experience for our customers. Please read our terms below:

1. Delivery Time & Charges:

• Standard Delivery: Orders are delivered within 3 to 5 working days across Pakistan.
• Delivery Charges: Free Delivery across Pakistan.

2. Order Tracking:

• Once your order is dispatched, you can contact us via WhatsApp for any updates regarding your shipment.

3. Return & Exchange Policy:

• 7-Day Exchange: If the shoe size doesn't fit or you receive a different product, you can request an exchange within 7 days of delivery.
• Condition: The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags intact.
• Change of Mind: Please note that returns/exchanges for "change of mind" after using the product are not applicable.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items (Refund Policy):

• If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately via WhatsApp with a photo of the product. We will replace it free of cost.
• Full Refund: In the rare case that you receive a damaged or wrong article, we will provide a full refund of your amount.
• How to Claim: Please notify us immediately via WhatsApp with a clear photo or video of the damaged/incorrect product.
• Refund Process: Once your claim is verified, your payment will be refunded to you through your preferred method (Bank Transfer, JazzCash, or EasyPaisa).

5. Order Cancellation:

• You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placement. Once the order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
